About Nigel Jordan

I’m Nigel Jordan, a professionally accredited integrative counsellor with over 15 years of experience, proudly registered with the National Counselling Society. (NCS). I specialise in supporting individuals, particularly adult men from disadvantaged and underrepresented communities, who are dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, and racial trauma.

My therapeutic approach is designed to empower clients, offering them a safe and non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts and emotions. Together, we work through any arising issues, while also focusing on building self-reliance and teaching you tools for personal growth. My counselling style incorporates person-centred and solution-focused techniques, as well as Behaviour Activation strategies, such as using a thought diary and signposting to well-being recovery resources, ensuring tailored support for your journey to well-being.
